Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and collaborating with different teams to ensure seamless operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous vigilance and adaptability to swiftly address challenges that impact business continuity, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to provide timely updates and solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and implementing preventive measures.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding problem-solving approaches.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Development.
- Strong understanding of software troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools to streamline application support processes.
- Ability to work with monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respond to application issues promptly.
- Familiarity with version control systems and deployment automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining high system availability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Automation in Application Development.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
