Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm, OT as needed
What you will do
Under general supervision, assembles components that may include sub-assemblies, manual components and electrical components and all other related components to contribute to completion of a variety of products. Adheres to safety, quality and quantity standards and follows directions and blueprints to meet product specifications.
- Prepare, process, clean, install, assemble, rework, verify, test, and/or inspect electrical and mechanical components, hardware, subassemblies, and assemblies on single or multiple product lines
- Work from process work instructions and test procedures to complete tasks along with monitoring and recording related documentation to meet quality requirements
- Follow production build rates, schedules and meet required cycle times
- Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices as required
- Strives for operational excellence by promoting a team based, product-focused organization, contributing to continuous improvement, participating in safety and preventative maintenance programs, strives for cost reduction, and commits to on time, complete, and error free shipments.
- Assembles cartons and containers and prepares products for shipment in accordance with domestic, international and/or customer specifications.
- Responsible for set-ups, work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work-area.
- Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications.

- Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience
$20.25/hr plus bonus potential and benefits.
