Job Description

Come build the future with us! What unites all Amazonians (across teams and geographies) is that we are all striving to delight customers and make their lives easier. Amazon Ads is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers, agencies, authors, publishers, and entrepreneurs. Our ad solutions leverage Amazon's innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys.

We're seeking a strategic and customer-obsessed Product Marketing Manager to join our Ads Product Marketing team. In this role, you'll serve as a critical bridge between product development and go-to-market execution, helping unify how advertisers discover, plan, and activate campaigns across Amazon's full portfolio of advertising surfaces — from streaming and video to display, audio, and sponsored placements.

The advertising industry is shifting from format-by-format buying to outcome-driven activation. Advertisers increasingly expect a single system that starts from their business objective and optimizes across surfaces, rather than requiring them to navigate separate products and workflows. As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll help translate this omnichannel vision into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with advertisers and internal stakeholders alike. You'll partner closely with Product Management, Go-to-Market, and cross-functional teams to shape how we position and bring to market solutions that simplify the buying experience, connect measurement across formats, and help advertisers achieve outcomes at scale — whether they're managing campaigns manually or through automated, objective-first workflows.

Your work will sit at the intersection of several critical industry dynamics: the rise of outcome-based automation, the growing accessibility of cross-channel measurement tools, and the increasing demand for simplified campaign setup that removes complexity on behalf of the advertiser. You'll need to synthesize customer research, competitive intelligence, and product strategy into go-to-market plans that articulate not just what our products do, but how they work together as a unified system.

The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative storytelling, thrives in ambiguous environments, and has a proven track record of launching products that achieve measurable business impact. You'll need to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, moving seamlessly from conducting advertiser research to developing sales enablement materials to presenting product vision to senior leadership.

Key job responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research and competitive analysis to identify the most promising opportunities for Amazon Ads products, including how cross-format and outcome-based buying trends are reshaping advertiser expectations.

Communicate the product vision and direction to internal and external stakeholders, establishing a regular cadence of engagement that connects individual product narratives and workstreams to a cohesive omnichannel story.

Partner with Product Managers to recommend customer feedback prioritization, support effective Alpha/Beta testing, and refine the strategic roadmap — particularly where multiple products intersect or where the advertiser experience spans campaign types.

Align GTM strategy to the product roadmap, translate complex cross-surface product capabilities into simple and clear language, and continue to gather customer feedback post-launch to inform how products work together and where the unified experience can improve.

Develop single-source-of-truth documentation to enable sales and marketing with positioning, messaging, product availability, best practices, implementation guides, and FAQs — with an emphasis on articulating the value of multi-format activation and simplified, objective-first buying.

Basic Qualifications:

- 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with creating GTM initiatives at scale
- Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product management, analytics, UX, and research
