Job Description

Join an innovative team that delivers tailored intelligence products and services to protect our customers and business operations. In this role, you will produce rapid risk assessments, conduct open-source intelligence (OSINT) investigations, and translate complex customer requirements into scalable, actionable solutions. You will leverage OSINT and tradecraft to uncover emerging threats, and develop strategic products that help customers anticipate risks and look around the corner.

Key job responsibilities
• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data with a strong understanding and application of analytical techniques.
• Proactively identify and analyze relevant threats and trends and produce written strategic analysis, oral briefs, and tactical/investigative assessments in a cohesive and concise format to serve customers across business lines.
• Engage with internal customers to understand their priorities and translate the requirements into solutions.
• Identify new solutions, methodologies, including using AI, to help improve information collection and reporting. Including the creation of maps or other visuals and tools to support the team’s products.
• Work is tactical and strategic to include perform thorough quick-turn and deep dive open-source investigations and monitoring and lead delivery of simplified solutions.
• Support business continuity, crisis, and security management teams, including as needed outside typical work hours during security incidents and emerging crises.
• Use expertise and judgement to determine the right goals and inform decisions.

Basic Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously and driving goals to completion
- Experience handling confidential information
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience in oral and written communication
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish and English at C1 level or above
- 5+ years of experience in intelligence or analytics experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree or equivalent
- Experience with the intelligence cycle
- Experience with Structured Analytic Techniques
