Skills and attributes for success

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with client teams across business, finance, technology, operations and risk functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop executive-level presentations, reports, process documentation and decision-ready materials.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and maintain high-quality delivery standards in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify client needs, support proposal development and contribute to the growth of the FAAS Banking and Capital Markets practice.
- Experience coaching junior consultants and reviewing deliverables to ensure analytical rigour, traceability and professional quality.
To qualify for the role, you must have.

- Practical understanding of how banks operate across front office, middle office, back office, finance, operations, risk, technology and control functions.
- Experience supporting implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution assessment, vendor coordination, testing support, business readiness, cutover planning, hypercare or benefits tracking.
