Position Overview

United Health Services is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to join Memorial 4 Inpatient Addiction Medicine (New Horizons) at UHS Binghamton General Hospital. This dynamic nurse leadership role is ideal for an RN passionate about addiction medicine, behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, and inpatient nursing care. The Assistant Nurse Manager will support a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to patients navigating recovery while promoting patient safety, quality outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Assistant Nurse Manager provides clinical, operational, and administrative leadership for a specialized inpatient behavioral health and addiction medicine unit. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an emerging nurse leader to advance clinical excellence, foster a culture of teamwork and accountability, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and families across the continuum of behavioral health and substance use treatment.

Compensation Range:

$49.24 - $73.86 per hour, depending on experience

Education and Experience

Minimum Required

• Bachelors degree in Nursing
• Up to three (3) years of Nursing experience
• Up to three (3) years of directly related experience

Preferred

• Masters in Nursing

License and/or Certification

• Current New York State Registered Nurse License
