Acquisitions Intern - Lisbon, Portugal | Disney Job

The Walt Disney Company offers an internship in Lisbonas a Acquisitions Intern. 

 
The role will consist of:  

Learn how the team manages content acquisition across linear channels and streaming platform by performing essential tasks such as: 

• Enter information from licensing agreements into programming and accounting/finance systems, as well as the master files; 

• Process invoices related to Acquisitions or Local Productions and track payments; 

• Review existing contracts in the system to identify any changes, inconsistencies or missing information (series renewals, date changes, changes in the number of episodes, etc.); 

• Provide updated information to the Programmers (calendars, US ratings info, etc.); 

• Back office support to effectively liaise with other departments (such as Legal, Finance, Materials, Creative, Marketing, etc.); 

• Collect information needed for internal reports (local, regional or global); 

 
The skills we are looking for are: 

• Interest in learning, particularly about the Television industry; 

• Proactive, dynamic, motivated, responsible, with strong attention to detail and teamwork skills; 

• Ability to complete tasks with tight timelines, both collaboratively and by self-managing; 

• Proficient on MS Excel; 

The necessary qualifications of the position will be: 

• Degree in Economics, Business Management or other similar studies [It is essential to have completed the studies and no more than 2 years have elapsed since the completion of it] 

• Must be fluent in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus. 

We offer a 1 year internship program starting in November.
