Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Application Production Support and L3 Support activities.
Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Experience troubleshooting production incidents in distributed systems and enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, API gateway concepts, and microservice communication patterns.
Expertise in SQL and database troubleshooting (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
Strong understanding of JVM, garbage collection, thread dumps, heap dumps, and performance tuning.
Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
Experience with on-call support and SLA-driven production environments.




Salary Range: $90,000 to $105,000 per year
