• Lead the launch of new alternate delivery programs across India expansion markets, from concept through pilot to full-scale deployment.
• Develop and execute stabilization plans post-launch to ensure consistent service quality, delivery reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each delivery model, including delivery speed, cost per delivery, capacity utilization, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Finance, Technology, Safety, and Sustainability teams to align on program goals and execution plans.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for new delivery models and geographic expansion.
• Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies relevant to drone operations, EV fleet management, and locker deployments.
• Create and present business reviews, program updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Work with Operations leadership to integrate alternate delivery models into existing fulfillment and last-mile networks, ensuring seamless handoffs.
• Lead vendor development initiatives including vendor identification, capability assessment, performance benchmarking, and continuous improvement programs to build a robust and cost-effective supply base.
