Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of IT experience to drive business transformation initiatives, gather and manage requirements, and support enterprise application modernization programs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in business analysis, Agile/SAFe delivery, system integrations, data analysis, and Salesforce CRM platforms. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and Salesforce teams to deliver scalable business solutions.

oCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements. 

oLead requirement workshops and translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. 

oPerform AS-IS and TO-BE business process analysis and recommend process improvements. 

oWork closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects to design and implement CRM solutions supporting business objectives. 

oAnalyze Salesforce business processes including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Case Management, Customer Service, Workflow Automation, and Reporting. 

oDefine integration requirements between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs, ETL tools, and middleware platforms. 

oFacilitate Agile/SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. 

oSupport data migration, data mapping, data quality assessment, and system integration initiatives. 

oDevelop and execute UAT strategies, coordinate business validation activities, and manage defect resolution. 

oMonitor project risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones while ensuring alignment across multiple teams. 

oCollaborate with data, architecture, development, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions. 

oPrepare executive presentations, dashboards, reports, and business insights using Tableau, Salesforce Reports, and SQL

Responsibilities Include:

o < /span> Lead business requirement gathering and convert business needs into functional solutions. 

oCreate BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation. 

oWork with Salesforce business and technical teams to deliver CRM solutions and system enhancements. 

oSupport Agile/SAFe delivery through backlog management, PI planning, and sprint execution. 

oPerform data analysis, system integration analysis, and process improvement initiatives. 

oCoordinate UAT activities, stakeholder reviews, and production deployments. 

oDrive successful delivery of enterprise applications while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy.

Operational Excellence & Monitoring

oDrive operational excellence by monitoring key business and application performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and service levels. 

oAnalyze operational trends, incidents, and process bottlenecks to identify improvement opportunities and enhance business efficiency. 

oDevelop dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Tableau, and SQL to provide actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership. 

oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support process optimization, governance, compliance, and successful production support activities. 

oPromote continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making, performance monitoring, and Agile/SAFe best practices.

Qualifications:

 oKnowledge and hands-on experience with Capital Markets / Primary Markets deal execution is strongly required (5+ years preferable).

oStrong understanding of New Issue, Book Building, and Syndication workflows in Fixed Income and Equities.

oPrior experience providing desk-aligned production support in a trading floor or capital markets environment.

oExcellent troubleshooting skills; ability to resolve critical production issues quickly under pressure.

oStrong communication and relationship-building skills; able to interact confidently with front-office users.

oKnowledge of bond fundamentals and capital markets execution processes is mandatory.

oAbility to document workflows, create knowledge repositories, and provide effective training.

oHighly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple issues and requests simultaneously.

oPrior experience with vendor platforms for deal execution (e.g., Ipreo / Primary Portal / Dealogic) is a plus.

Salary Range- $110,000-$125,000 a year
