oKnowledge on network troubleshooting for Large Data Centers, Large WAN/Network environment.
oJuniper Switching (Must Have)
oProvide L3 support for Juniper EX Series Switches. Configure and troubleshoot:
VLANs, STP/RSTP/MSTP ,LACP , Virtual Chassis
Routing Protocols , Perform switch upgrades, patching, and hardware replacements.
Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues
oAruba Wireless with experience on Clear Pass (Must Have)
oProvide advanced support for Aruba Mobility Controllers and Wireless Networks.
oTroubleshoot wireless connectivity, roaming, authentication, and performance issues.
oPerform wireless health checks and optimization activities.
oConfigure and support:
SSIDs ;AP Groups ;RF Optimization ;Client Load Balancing ;Mobility & Roaming
oManage integrations with ClearPass, RADIUS, and Active Directory.
oFortiGate SD-WAN (good to have upto L2)
oProvide L3 support for Fortinet Secure SD-WAN infrastructure.
oDesign, configure, and troubleshoot SD-WAN policies, SLAs, and application steering.
oManage IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, Dynamic Routing, and WAN optimization.
oTroubleshoot routing, security, and performance-related issues.
oSupport HA clusters, firmware upgrades, and migration activities.
oAnalyse logs using FortiAnalyzer and manage configurations using FortiManager.
oExperience: 8–12 Years (L3)
oHand-On experience working with a large Infoblox and Aruba ClearPass deployment.
oExpert level knowledge with various protocols such as VRRP, HSRP, STP, LACP, SNMP.
oRecognize the importance of customer focus and/or of serving the needs of the end user.
oProductivity Tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio.
Roles & Responsibilities:
o24x7 Remote Network Monitoring & Management.
oOwn the networking issues connecting and supporting the corporate and shared network environment.
oDrive critical issue resolution/Break-Fix for P1/P2 issues.
oCoordinate and work with the external vendors for various operational issues and projects.
oProvide hardware support & maintenance for all networking components.
oManage existing and new networking sol utions, including monitoring the network stability and uptime.
oHandle various projects related to site expansion, Hardware Refresh, Technology refresh as required.
oHandle escalated issues from L1/L2 team and provide timely resolution.
oResponding and documenting outages and circuits down through incident reporting.
oIdentify corrective actions for critical incidents and drive them to closure to ensure stability through Problem management process.
oInteract with various internal users in evaluating the needs and building a right solution to meet the requirements.
oDocumentation and change control.
oMentor junior team members and provide guidance in various change tasks.
oMonitor event logs and services to be proactive in identifying potential issues.
oAttend scheduled network change calls impacting the network availability.
oShift Handover and Shift Updates.
o CCNP, Juniper Switching , Palo Also Certification would be an added advantage.
Generic Managerial Skills:
oBachelor’s degree in technology or any other bachelor’s degree
o~10 years of Enterprise / Telecom Network infrastructure relevant experience.
oDetailed, oriented with excellent communication skills (written & oral) particularly the ability to communicate with staff who aren't technically trained.
oPresentation skills, quick learner, self-initiated, team player, open to work in shifts to support and monitor the Global Network Infrastructure.
oExcellent interpersonal skills needed to work with various levels of technical staff members.
oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to execute against deadlines.
oWork with internal customers in managing requests/changes/incidents for your areas of work.
oWork with global teams to provide support and complete IT projects.
oManage and prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to manage timelines and meet tight deadlines.
oSelf-motivated, constructive and positive attitude.
oPossess good understanding of infrastructure management processes; knowledge on ITIL framework.
Salary Range: $86,000 - $120,000 a year
