Scrum Master
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
•Strong experience in Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies
•Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Agilist or equivalent Agile certification preferred
•Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including:
•Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement
•Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as:
•Jira
•Confluence
•Strong understanding of:
oAgile Metrics and Reporting
oVelocity Tracking
oBurndown/Burnup Charts
oSprint Health Monitoring
oRelease Planning
•Knowledge of SDLC, Software Delivery Lifecycle, and Release Management processes
•Experience in stakeholder communication and coordination across Business, Product Owners, Development,
QA, and Architecture teams
•Strong risk, dependency, and impediment management skills
•Experience in participating and contributing in PI planning
•Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities
•Exposure to Banking, Payments, Lending, Capital Markets, or Financial Services domain is preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
•Facilitate and manage all Scrum ceremonies to ensure smooth sprint execution.
•Guide Agile teams in adopting and following Scrum principles, practices, and values.
•Ensure sprint objectives and delivery commitments are achieved within timelines.
•Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization, story refinement, and release planning.
•Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
•Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and self-organization.
•Mentor teams in Agile maturity and help drive Agile transformation initiatives.
•Identify, track, and remove project impediments affecting team productivity.
•Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively.
•Escalate critical delivery issues and provide mitigation plans to leadership
•Track and report Agile delivery metrics
Salary Range- $110,000-$140,000 a year
