Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Strong programming background in one or more languages like .NET
•Experience with cloud architecture and AWS services
•Knowledge of DevOps tools and modern delivery pipelines
•Worked on AI/ML technologies and build applications
•Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
•Provide technical direction and hands-on support to the engineering team
Roles & Responsibilities
• Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high development standards
•Work with cloud platforms, especially AWS, to design and manage infrastructure
•Support DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and deployment
•Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
•Evaluate and integrate AI/ML tools and approaches where relevant
•Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
•Active participation in design discussions.
•Mentor team members and help grow technical capability within the team
•Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide root-cause analysis
•Resolving technical issues or fulfilling requirements from client side with team collaboration.
•Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and scalability
Salary Range: $90,000 -$120,000 year
