Job Description
•Clearly explain products and services to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
•Understand customer needs, concerns, and business objectives to provide tailored solutions.
•Guide customers in making informed decisions through effective communication and consultative selling.
•Process new service installations accurately through the ordering system.
•Manage customer milestones from order placement through successful service activation.
•Escalate milestone-related issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
•Conduct the initial billing review with customers to confirm accuracy and address any questions.
Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 a year
