Strong proficiency in Python
Azure Databricks (advanced architecture & optimization)
Azure Data Factory (pipeline orchestration at scale)
PySpark (large-scale distributed processing)
Git (CI/CD, version control, branching strategies)
Prior experience in building Identity data pipelines
Build and operationalize custom AI agents to automate development, testing, monitoring and data workflows
Use Databricks Genie and GitHub Copilot for pipeline development and automation
Strong problem-solving skills with focus on system-level thinking
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with performance tuning and cost optimization
Strong understanding of data governance and security concept
Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other approved GenAI platforms
Leverage AI tools and agents to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows
Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and apply them to improve delivery quality, efficiency, and innovation
Salary Range: $135,000 -$140,000 year
