Landside Transportation Associate - INGUR04 - Gurgaon - Tower 5C, 20th Floor, DLF Cyber City -Phase III Gurugram | A.P. Moller - Maersk Job

We are looking for a candidate who can work under pressure to meet shipping cutoffs and deliver a seamless operation experience to our customers who are using Maersk L&S service of Store Door(SD).

The job involves dealing mainly with Maersk Procurement, Product, Customer Service, Sales as Internal stakeholder and Customers, Customs, Port Staff as external parties.

This job will provide good exposure of L&S and Delivery ecosystem of Maersk.

Key Deliverables.

• Keeping the Transportation unit cost under control by using correct mix of transportation vendors.
• Identifying any revenue leakage in system and fixing them.
• End to End adoption of TMS system called Fleetx and SAP TMS in future. TMS is important for providing live tracking & Indent Management to Internal and External stakeholder.
• Data Management in the form Daily Status Report (DSR) from Transporters. Same will be used for other MIS purpose.
• To achieve invoicing accuracy, making sure that all the Transportation invoices are timely verified and forwarded to finance team for processing.
• Follow-up with finance team for payment and ensure vendor payment timelines are adhered.
• Transforming the Control Tower working by new and innovative solutions for our Customers.
