E-commerce Specialist - SAJED06 - Jeddah - Jeddah Islamic Seaport | A.P. Moller - Maersk Job

Responsible for managing and growing relationships with key fulfillment customers, ensuring
operational excellence, driving customer satisfaction, and acting as the primary point of contact
between customers and internal operations teams.

• Manage a portfolio of e-commerce fulfillment customers. • Build strong customer relationships and understand business requirements. • Monitor KPIs and SLAs and ensure service levels are achieved. • Lead WBRs, MBRs and QBRs. • Coordinate with Operations, Transportation, Inventory, IT and Customer Service teams. • Analyze operational data and provide recommendations. • Support onboarding and implementation of new customers. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Support account growth opportunities. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Fulfillment, Warehousing, Logistics or Account Management. Technical Knowledge Order Fulfillment, Inventory Management, WMS, Last Mile Operations, E-commerce Platforms. KPIs Customer Satisfaction, SLA Achievement, Customer Retention, Account Growth, Order Fulfillment Performance and Inventory Accuracy
