Transport Coordinator (English Speaking) - VNSGN16 - Ho Chi Minh City - Maersk Vietnam,Sofic tower | A.P. Moller - Maersk Job

Location: - 60% Sofic Office, Thu Duc, HCM

- 40% Nhat Tin WH, Di An, Binh Duong (No Shuttle Bus)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation activities and truck allocation.

• Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational issues.

• Liaise with customers, transport vendors, drivers, and warehouse teams.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.

• Prepare transportation reports and maintain operational records.

• Support inbound/outbound operations, document control, and delivery reconciliation.

Requirements

• 1- 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Customer-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

• Experience with WMS/TMS systems is a plus.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English (is must)

• Able to work independently, manage priorities
