Finance Process & Operations Processor - Dalian, Software Park Tower 27 | Accenture Job

Responsibilities:

• Unapplied payment management
• Credit term extension
• Write-offs/recovery/credit write-backs/escheatment
• Support queries for account reconciliations
• Credit offset
• Withholding tax clearin and reconcilation
• Refund clearing
• Escalate to Team Lead and communicate between different departments, if needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Fluent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• 1+ years of working experience preferred; candidates with experience in Finance, Accounting, Shared Service Center (SSC), Customer Service, or related operational functions are preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams and functions.
