The HR Department is responsible forfinding talented manpower and placing them in right jobs in the Bank.

About theRole:

The Campus Recruiter Specialist will be responsiblefor building and maintaining our relations with universities for recruitingfresh graduate talents from Various Institutes and Business Schools.
Conceptualize and implement engagement programs for allInstitutes and Business Schools across the country to enhance company brand.

We are looking for exceptional individuals who can hitthe ground running and have the drive to be successful in a fast-pacedenvironment. This is a fantastic opportunity and the role requires an enthusiasticapproach, coupled with a real determination to deliver consistently.

KeyResponsibilities

�        CreatingAnnual Campus Program by working with Business stakeholders

�        Creatingand managing Internship Program

�        ImprovingCampus Branding and Campus Engagement Activities

�        Empaneling with colleges and strive for Day 0 dates in the campusrecruitment season

�        Initiate post Offer Candidate Engagement

�        Maintainingrelationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitmentnetworks.

�        Manage Onboarding, and Collaborate with Human Resources and Trainingfor fresh graduate training

�        Maintain relations with the Training and Placement Offices (TPO) withuniversities, institutes and colleges

�        Tieup with Training Institutes to hire trained gradates

�        Work to bring Automation in Campus Hiring

Qualifications:

Optimalqualification for success on the job is:

• MBA / Postgraduate in HR or relevant field (Preferable) from a recognized institute.
