Roles & Responsibilities
•Manual / Functional Testing: Lead end-to-end, SIT and module testing for Oracle RMS 16.x modules, specifically Item and Supplier.
•Automation testing: Setup the Automation framework, test scripts and data and manager automation testing of UI related functionalities
•Merchandising Domain Expertise: Apply strong functional knowledge of retail merchandising processes and how they are implemented in RMS.
•Quality Assurance & Best Practices: Establish and enforce testing best practices
•Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Functional Analysts and Business Stakeholders (e.g. merchandising, supply chain teams) to ensure adequate Test Covergae, test evidences, and Defect resolution.
•Documentation & Governance: Ensure all testing deliverables are well-documented.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
•Onshore/Offshore & Vendor Coordination: Effectively manage a distributed development team model.
•Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead a testing team (including onshore and offshore engineers) by providing testing direction and day-to-day guidance.
Education
Bachelors Degree
Oracle Retail certification (Good to Have)

Salary Range: $90000 - 120000 a year
