How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Deliver Compassionate Daily Care: Assist patients with their personal care and daily living activities, ensuring they feel supported, comfortable, and treated with dignity throughout their stay.

  • Safely Support Patient Mobility: Guide and assist patients with movement and positioning, protecting their physical safety while helping them build momentum in their recovery.

  • Serve as an Essential Clinical Observer: Act as vital eyes and ears for the care team by identifying and reporting subtle shifts in physical or emotional conditions to nursing staff—advocating directly for patient safety.

  • Maintain Accurate Care Journeys: Document patient care and observations promptly to ensure seamless communication across the healthcare team and maintain high standards of record-keeping.

  • Create a Safe, Healing Environment: Maintain clean, orderly patient rooms and well-prepared medical equipment to foster a hygienic, welcoming space for healing.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
