Job Description

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented analyst to join our Credit Risk Management team. In this role, you won't just be pulling data; you will be helping us shape the policies that govern our lending backbone. You will support the team in analyzing portfolio performance, identifying trends, and providing data-driven recommendations to optimize our risk-reward balance.

Key job responsibilities
● Data Extraction: Write and execute SQL queries to retrieve data from internal databases for various ad-hoc requests.
● Policy Support: Assist in monitoring the performance of existing credit policies and help simulate the impact of proposed changes.
● Reporting: Maintain and update risk dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like delinquency rates and loss ratios.
● Root Cause Analysis: Use logical reasoning to investigate anomalies in data and explain "the why" behind the numbers.


A day in the life

Basic Qualifications:

- Experience using SQL
- Experience in data analysis and problem solving

Preferred Qualifications:
