Roles & Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
•Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale banking technology programs.
•Define program scope, objectives, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
•Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, and status reporting.
•Manage dependencies across multiple teams and projects.
•Ensure timely delivery within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Stakeholder Management
•Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, architects, compliance teams, and technology partners.
•Communicate program status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
•Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive-level presentations.
Banking & Regulatory Initiatives
•Drive programs related to core banking, payments, lending, digital banking and risk management.
•Ensure adherence to banking regulations, compliance, security, and audit requirements.
•Coordinate with risk and compliance teams during project execution.
Technical Leadership
•Partner with solution architects and engineering teams to define technical strategies.
•Support cloud migration, application modernization, API integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
•Monitor technical dependencies and resolve delivery challenges.
Agile Delivery
•Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and program increment planning activities.
•Track sprint progress, release schedules, and resource allocation.
•Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
Risk & Governance
•Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies.
•Establish governance frameworks and performance metrics.
•Ensure alignment with PMO standards and organizational objectives.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year
