Senior Accounting Specialist - INDJZ03 - Pune - Weikfield IT - CITI Infopark | A.P. Moller - Maersk Job

Role Purpose:

• Support statutory audits, financial statement preparation, JV and associate reporting, governance and COE development across APM Terminals entities. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end statutory audits and auditor coordination. 

• Prepare and review statutory financial statements under IFRS and local GAAP. 

• Coordinate JV, associate and non-integrated entity reporting. 

• Ensure governance, compliance and internal control adherence. 

• Drive standardization, automation, SOP development and KPI reporting. 

• Partner with controllers, auditors, tax teams and global stakeholders. 

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audit, financial reporting, statutory accounts preparation, IFRS, external audit coordination, consolidation and JV reporting. 

• Exposure to SAP, OneStream, BlackLine, Power BI and advanced Excel. 

• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills. 

Technical Competencies:

• IFRS and Local GAAP reporting 

• Statutory financial statement preparation 

• Audit management and coordination 

• Consolidation and JV accounting 

• Advanced Excel and reporting tools
