Skill: Business Analyst – Acquisitions, Fraud & Marketing
Summary:
- We are seeking a Business Analyst to support customer acquisition, fraud prevention, and marketing initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, customer data, and fraud trends to identify opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze fraud trends, risks, and controls to recommend process improvements.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and business metrics to track performance.
- Collaborate with business users, product owners, architects, and mainframe developers.
- Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Create process flows, use cases, interface specifications, and data-mapping documents.
- Maintain project documentation and business process artifacts.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Business Analysis within Cards Acquisitions, Fraud, Marketing, or Financial Services domains.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting/BI tools.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with mainframe systems (COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS) / Java Microservices is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Salary Range - $70,000-$100,000 a year
