Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
· Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
· Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives).
· Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Trello).
· Strong Project Management experience with expertise in planning, execution, stakeholder management, and delivery governance.
· Ability to manage project scope, schedule, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies in Agile environments.
· Ability to coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices.
· Knowledge of Kanban and other Agile methodologies.
· Strong skills in impediment removal and risk management.
· Understanding of story point estimation and backlog management.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
Roles Responsibilities
· Serve as a servant leader to one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
· Facilitate all Scrum events and support the Product Owner in backlog refinement.
· Remove impediments and help the team stay focused on delivering value.
· Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery.
· Ensure transparency on project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall delivery status through effective reporting.
· Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable feedback loops.
· Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Stakeholders, and Leadership teams to maintain a healthy product backlog and align delivery with business objectives.
· Track and communicate team and project performance metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, delivery milestones, etc.).
· Promote collaboration and self-organization within the team.
· Support the organization's Agile transformation journey by sharing best practices and coaching other teams when required.

Salary Range: $100,000 – 115,000 a year
