We’re seeking Senior UX/UI Designers to join our fast-growing team at EY Studio+ Athens. You’ll help push the boundaries of design and innovation, tackling complex challenges across industries—financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, government, and more—using proven frameworks and methods to deliver transformative client experiences in Greece and beyond.

Your key responsibilities
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you'll lead the charge in crafting intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. Collaborating with our diverse team of business designers, UX/UI designers, strategists, product managers, and engineering teams, you'll bring your creative vision to life on web and mobile platforms, delivering solutions that resonate with users across various industries.
Also, you will:
- Drive the UX/UI design process from initial concept to final implementation, crafting compelling user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, design, technology) to ensure that designs meet user needs, support business objectives, and leverage technological capabilities
- Stay ahead of the latest digital trends, integrating fresh ideas and innovative approaches into your design solutions.
- Clearly communicate design decisions and present design prototypes to stakeholders, ensuring that all design align with project goals.
Skills and attributes for success:
- A passion for design with a genuine interest in innovation, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates your creativity in digital experiences
- A collaborative spirit, thriving in a team environment, co-creating, and developing solutions alongside other designers, business professionals, and technology consultants
- A curious mind, staying updated on the latest digital developments and trends in UX/UI, and actively seeking opportunities to learn and grow
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- 5 to 7 years of UX/UI design experience in consulting, agency or in-house teams
- An impressive portfolio demonstrating your design skills
- Knowledge and practical experience of the end-to-end design process, including research, concept creation, customer-journeys, user flows, mockups, prototypes, user-testing, visual design deliverables
- The ability to think creatively and deliver actionable insights based on research
- Excellent technical skills in design and prototyping software (Figma, Adobe, etc)
- Awareness and understanding of accessibility standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a design-related field (for example, UX/UI, visual communication, graphic design, or other creative discipline)
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Experience working in an agile design delivery process
- Knowledge of Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines
- Experience in developing, contributed to, or maintained a Design System
- Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to organize and facilitate workshops
