Production Support, PL-SQL, Unix, ITIL (Incident Management, Service Request, Problem Management,
Change Management, Continual Service Improvement)
Knowledge of any monitoring tools good to have, basics of Devops/automation good to have
Associate is expected to provide L2 support for critical investment banking applications
Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year
