Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

This is a leadership role with TCS ESU (TSS) and involves highly satisfying work in the field of proactive value creation and problem solving for stakeholders involved.

oServe as the ServiceNow Technical Architect who will assist the team and client in planning, platform technical advisory and guidance. 

oMaintains the stability and usability of the platform across production and non-production environments

oPerforms application maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification and remediation

oProvide ServiceNow Platform and product technical subject matter expert (SME) assistance.

oLeads upgrade planning and execution

oManage instance security: user/group access, administration, access control lists. etc.

oProvides configuration assistance to developers

oCollect product and service requirements from business stakeholders to align ServiceNow functionalities with enterprise needs.

oDesign and communicate Technical Architecture Blueprint based on capability and technical requirements to align to business outcomes.

oAgree and confirm with Client the technical design and integration requirements for the required integration of system interfaces.

oManage system documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.

oContribute in creating design documents and runbooks as needed.

oArticulate the functional and technical requirements into a high-level design document which can be used by developers to perform Implementation. 

oParticipate in client meetings and act as a mediator between the client and delivery team on technical aspects.

Roles & Responsibilities

Post Year 1, as the platform and processes stabilize, the functional responsibilities currently performed by the BA will transition to the Senior Developer and Support Lead, with continued collaboration with K&E Product Owners for prioritization and backlog management

Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $180,000 - $200,000 a year
