Roles & Responsibilities
· Lead the design, development, and implementation of test automation frameworks.
· Define and enforce automation strategy, standards, and best practices across projects.
· Collaborate closely with QA, Development, DevOps, and Product teams.
· Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber)
· Review automation test scripts and ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability.
· Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
· Provide technical leadership and mentoring to automation engineers.
· Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive root cause analysis.
· Own automation metrics, reporting, and test coverage improvement.
