Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

•Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API/WCF, and 

•SQL Server or other relational databases.

•Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., Azure), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

•Methodologies: Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

•Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities to manage cross-functional expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Architecture & Design: Lead high-level design, write technical specifications, and architect

• scalable, high-performance distributed systems. 

•Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and upskill junior and mid-level developers 

•through code reviews and technical direction. 

•Hands-on Development: Write robust code using C#, .NET Core, and related web technologies, 

•alongside performance tuning and refactoring.

•Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business requirements into technical solutions and 

•estimate project scopes alongside product owners and clients.

•Quality Assurance: Enforce coding best practices, automated testing standards, and continuous integration workflows. 

Salary Range - $100,000-$120,000 a year
