Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
· 5+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, configuration, and deployment
· Strong experience with CMDB design, implementation, and data management
· Familiarity with customization of core applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog) and CMDB
· Experience developing custom applications using ServiceNow Studio, Service Portal, and Flow Designer
