Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
•Execute laboratory crystallization experiments in accordance with established SOPs
•Operate and monitor the reactor system and follow defined temperature profiles and test conditions
•Perform time-sensitive sampling, including filtration, dilution, labeling, and documentation of liquid and solid samples
•Complete run sheets and maintain accurate experimental records, including observations, sample tracking, and deviations
•Support the collection of samples for analytical testing, including titration, and prepare samples for submission to the analytical labs for IC and XRD
•Maintain safe laboratory practices, particularly when handling heated alkaline process solutions
•Assist with general lab setup, cleanup, and preparation for subsequent experimental runs

Salary Range: $45,000 -$73,000 year
