Role -  Java Technical Lead

Experience Required -5+ Years

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Java Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java-based application development, microservices architecture, and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent coding skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies while driving high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Able to learn new technologies quickly, self-driven, proactive 

•            6 to 10 years of Hands on and strong Java coding experience. 

•            Experience in Databases , SQL, Vertx, Kafka

•            REST API, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, 

•            Experience implementing CI/CD with tools like Maven, Github, Jenkins, 

•            Experience in building applications using Spring, Spring boot

•            Java Multi-Threading / Concurrency

Roles & Responsibilities

· Strong Hands-on Java Development (Latest Java Versions)

Extensive hands-on coding experience using modern Java features (Java 11/17/21).

Ability to write clean, optimized, and maintainable code.

Strong problem-solving and coding skills.

· Core Java & System Design Expertise

Deep understanding of Core Java concepts (Collections, Multithreading, JVM, Memory Management, Concurrency, Streams, etc.).

Ability to explain design decisions, design patterns, and architectural choices with real-world examples.

Strong experience in designing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.

· Proven Technical Leadership & Delivery Experience

Demonstrated ownership of designing and delivering complex enterprise applications.

Significant hands-on contribution throughout the career, not just team management.

Ability to mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering best practices.

·  Experience with leveraging AI tools for developer productivity

Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $130,000 Per Annum
