Overall understanding of IT infrastructure inclusive of server, storage, network, database, systems, DR Strategies and practices

Experience in Change Management, ITIL

Roles & Responsibilities
•Infrastructure Program planning and forecasting of project schedules and budget
•Planning DC Migration to AWS Cloud Platform, identifying pre-requisites, risks and mitigation strategies
•Planning move groups identifying dependencies across infrastructure components for seamless migration from DC to AWS Cloud Platform
•Coordination and managing change management and approvals
•Working with team to identify tasks to be automated as part of migration
•Should be able to envision future state of infrastructure and contribute to strategic discussion on transformation initiative specifically – Data Center Consolidation, Cloud Migration, Infrastructure Automation
•Conduct strategic discussions with Client for Infrastructure projects with respect to
•Understanding and defining requirements
•Effort estimation
•Negotiations
•Defining pre-requisites and risks for the program/projects
•Project planning
•Identification of risks and mitigations strategies
•Program Status reporting and communication with TCS and Client Leadership
•Stakeholder management and building collaborative environment to drive complex transformational initiative
•Collaborating with various teams at client and within TCS for delivering program objectives
•Collaborating and managing third party vendors and partners
•Effectively managing projects under programs and holding project managers and stakeholders accountable for their respective delivery
•Effectively manage client expectations, escalations and mitigate the same
•Review project deliverables for content and quality
•Identifying and recruiting team members required for the program
Team management – Managing effective utilization of team, driving efficiency, motivating team to delivery the outcomes
Salary Range- $120,000-$155,000 a year
