What would you do? To ensure accurate, timely, and compliant vendor reconciliation as per client agreement and query resolution, maintain up-to-date documentation, manage audits, and uphold strong process controls—driving operational excellence and financial integrity in the order-to-cash cycle.Procure to Pay is the process of managing the entire purchasing cycle from ordering goods and services to making the final payment. It includes steps like requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and payment processing. The goal is to ensure efficient and accurate procurement and payment activities. This process helps in maintaining good supplier relationships and controlling costs. What are we looking for? ? Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).? 1+ years of experience in accounts payable? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level Excel, Word, Outlook).? Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.? Experience with accounting software is a plus (SAP, Oracle)• Moderate to no travel depending on project involvement.• Work hours at night.• Overtime and On-Call may be required.• Client holidays are observed instead of work locations /regions
Roles and Responsibilities: •Perform vendor reconciliation in agreed timeframeEnsure variances in vendor reconciliations are resolved appropriatelyManage and follow up for variances in vendor reconciliationsPerform trade/ nontrade creditors reconciliations. Ensure GL is matched with Sub-ledgerReceive vendor queries and resolve them in agreed timeframeManage and follow up with required stakeholders in order to resolve the vendor queriesKeep documentation updateManage periodic auditEnsure compliance to policies and procedureEnsure adequacy of process controls being in placeRigorous follow up on open items and queries following escalation matrix in place
