Housekeeping Coordinator

What you will do

• Maintains and enforces all quality and service standards and procedures for Housekeeping Services
• Spot checks the phone log book to ensure the quick and correct handling of guest requests
• Analyzes and solves any recurring problems that arise
• Notes, collects and actions on any guest’ preferences
• Update guest history remarks(Opera system) for any guest complain or comments, to make sure delighted service presentation upon next arrival
• Offers all possible assistance to guests at all times
• Answers all calls according to established phone etiquette standards
• Maintains phone log book
• Records in the telephone log book all phone calls
• Disseminates information
• Communicates incoming information to all concerned parties, including
• Keeps Assistant Director of Housekeeping and Director of Housekeeping informed of any extraordinary or emergency situations
• Relates to Assistant Director of Housekeeping and Director of Housekeeping any guest complaints or problems
• Checks on the completion of all requests
• Records in telephone log book all follow-up actions require   
• Records accurately and clearly all necessary information for the following reports and log books:
• Master key sign-out & return record
• All the master key should be kept orderly in the department storehouse
• Be in charge of daily master key hand out and received
• Key record was fill in
• Files daily reports and work sheets in an orderly manner

What you bring

• College school and above
• Minimum 1 year International class Hotel working experience
• Good Communications skills and Computer skills
• Being calm and patient and be of service passion. Team player. Being fair and responsible. Be passion and love working.
