What you will do｜仕事内容 

 

• Provide a variety of spa treatments in accordance with the spa menu and service standards. 
  スパメニューおよびサービス基準に沿った各種トリートメントの提供 

• Deliver personalized spa experiences based on each guest’s needs and preferences. 
  お客様のご希望やニーズに合わせた、パーソナルなスパ体験の提供 

• Introduce spa facilities, hotel services, home-care products, and relevant services to guests. 
  スパ施設やホテルサービス、ホームケア商品などのご案内 

• Maintain treatment rooms and work areas to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. 
  トリートメントルームやワークエリアを清潔で快適な状態に維持 

• Follow the hotel’s hygiene, health, and safety standards. 
  ホテルの衛生・健康・安全基準に沿った業務の実施 

• Work closely with team members and other departments to provide exceptional guest service. 
  チームメンバーや他部署と連携し、質の高いゲストサービスを提供 

• Participate in required training sessions and team meetings. 
  必要なトレーニングやチームミーティングへの参加 

 

What you bring｜応募資格・求める人物像 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
  高校卒業または同等の資格をお持ちの方 

• Spa, wellness, or holistic therapy qualifications are preferred. 
  スパ、ウェルネス、ホリスティック分野の資格をお持ちの方歓迎 

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or in a related role is preferred. 
  スパセラピストまたは関連職種での実務経験をお持ちの方歓迎 

• A passion for delivering personalized and high-quality guest experiences. 
  お客様一人ひとりに寄り添い、質の高いサービスを提供することに喜びを感じられる方 

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Schedule & Hours｜勤務時間 

 40 working hours per week.   

10 days off every month except February　（9 days）   * Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization for Japan and be fluent in English and Japanese business communication.  

週40時間勤務。休日は月10日です。ただし、2月のみ月9日となります。 

採用にあたっては、日本で適法に就労できる資格を有していることが必須となります。また、業務上のコミュニケーションに必要な日本語および英語のビジネスレベルの語学力が求められます。
