Education & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or related engineering field (Master’s preferred).

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in industrial controls and/or facility infrastructure environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical work, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results with minimal direction.

  • Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing facility systems (e.g., HVAC, pumped chemical, gas, industrial wastewater treatment).

  • Platform experience such as Emerson RX3i PLCs and/or GE Cimplicity SCADA.

Required Certifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.

  • Design and documentation: interpret drawings/schematics/wiring diagrams; perform field verification; create and incorporate redlines/updates.

  • Tools/software: proficiency with relevant engineering and analysis tools (e.g., power system studies tools such as PTW/EZPOWER/PowerWorld, as applicable).

  • Networking concepts: familiarity with IT network architecture as applied to industrial control systems (switches, edge devices, segmentation considerations).

  • Analytical and communication skills: strong problem solving; ability to communicate architectures, design trade-offs, and recommendations to stakeholders.
