Shape the future of Payments and Gifting in India by leading product strategy and innovation for our Gift Cards and Amazon Pay Balance platform. In this role, you will drive initiatives that impact millions of customers, collaborate with global teams, and create seamless payment experiences using Gift Cards and Amazon Pay Balance. This position offers significant scope to influence product direction in the growing fintech space while working with teams across multiple geographies.



Key job responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead Gift Cards Product Strategy, define OP/LRF vision, explore large opportunities and bring scalability through high impact and customer backward product launches/scale up. He/she should have capabilities to think customer backwards, drive think big and deep dive with equal excellence, have strong business judgment with a track record of large impact product launches, with below key responsibilities -

1.Define and execute the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for gift card solutions.
2. Scale up Gift Cards Internal Issuance (Refunds, Cashbacks) Product - Explore, launch and scale new avenues by partnering with internal/external stakeholders
3. Lead Gift Cards and APB Core Platform/Architecture product launches with Tech/Engineering/Business across India as well as Emerging countries.
4. Build business cases and analyze market opportunities to drive Customer growth. Lead end-to-end product development from conception through launch and optimization
5. Establish metrics and track performance to drive continuous improvement and customer growth/manage and scale large size business Pnl

Basic Qualifications:

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence, or experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
