Job Description

To act as the Company Cars Intern by supporting the Ramos Arizpe Coordinator activities related to Ramos Company Fleet . The Intern will also contribute to projects and initiatives as needed, supporting fleet admnistration tasks.

• Supports to administrate all the Ramos Arizpe assigned, unassigned and supplementary vehicles
• Supports to perform the E2E process for internal sales to employees and dealer auctions
• Supports to administrate process for plating
• Provide customer support for employees
• Supports to administrate antilaundering and REPUVE reports for Ramos Arizpe sales
• Supports to administrate invoices for PDI and Maintenance and manage dealer relationships
• Monitor and maintain vehicle inventory levels
• Ensure adherence to all CVO policies and programs
