Hardware Design Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Mission

  • Develop hardware from concept (schematics/layout) to series production readiness.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation across the full product lifecycle.

  • Assemble, commission, and test prototypes and pilot series, including measurements and reports.

  • Define and implement test and validation specifications for PCBs.

  • Support certifications, testing, and supplier acceptance processes.

  • Maintain production data in SAP (ERP).

  • Promote knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.

  • Experience in hardware development, and knowledge of software development.

  • Knowledge of 16/32-bit processors and interfaces (SPI, I²C, USB, UART).

  • Proficiency with Altium Designer or similar PCB design tools.

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

  • Good communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), German and French are considered an asset.
