Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition LATAM - Mexico City, Mexico | IQVIA Job

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across Latin America. This professional will serve as a trusted business partner to hiring managers, driving talent attraction and acquisition efforts aligned with organizational needs while ensuring an outstanding experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, from intake meetings through candidate hiring.
• Conduct alignment meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across different Latin American markets.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and act as a consultant throughout the selection process.
• Manage offer negotiations, approval processes, and position closures.
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates and leaders by maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout all stages of the hiring process.
• Partner with global teams, Human Resources, and other support functions to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement projects, automation initiatives, employer branding programs, and strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives.
• Recruit for positions across various levels and complexities, including specialized and regional roles.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience acting as a consultative partner to hiring managers and business leaders.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries within Latin America.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and candidate sourcing tools.
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
• Strong ability to analyze recruitment metrics and performance indicators.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with a strong results orientation.
• Advanced English proficiency
