HW Compliance PM, Hardware Compliance Team - Taipei | Amazon Job

Job Description

- Own and manage compliance certification project plans for multiple concurrent NPI (New Product Introduction) programs.
- Track certification milestones, identify risks, and drive resolution to ensure on-time product launches.
- Coordinate with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts), external test labs, and certification bodies across global markets (FCC, CE/RED, NCC, IC etc.).
- Communicate certification status, risks, and dependencies to cross-functional stakeholders including EE, ME, PM, and Supply Chain teams.
- Develop and maintain project tracking tools and dashboards for compliance certification progress.
- Support sign-off processes and ensure all required documentation is completed before product launch.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency of the compliance certification workflow.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management, Information Systems, or other related discipline
