Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
· Strong hands-on experience in Java development (10+ years).
· Experience in building 24x7 active-active, highly available platforms.
· Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Maven, and Jenkins.
· Hands-on experience with DevOps tools including Bitbucket, Crowd, Jenkins, Ansible Tower, SonarQube, Artifactory, and XLR.
· Strong experience in database design and development using Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
· Proficiency in UNIX/Linux environments.
· Good understanding of Agile methodologies and Agile at Scale frameworks.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
· Experience in Data Engineering and data pipeline development.
· Prior exposure to Investment Banking / Financial Services IT domain.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Design and develop highly available, fault-tolerant active-active systems to meet SLA and regulatory requirements.
· Deliver new features and enhancements for existing enterprise applications.
· Take end-to-end ownership of delivery across: · Requirements gathering
· Solution design
· Development and testing
· Deployment and production support
· Collaborate with software engineering, infrastructure, and production support teams to ensure application stability.
· Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
· Contribute to the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
· Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues ensuring minimal downtime.
· Participate in release cycles, deployments, and post-production support activities.
· Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
· Drive continuous improvements in system resilience and operational efficiency.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders on status, risks, and deliverables.

Salary Range: $100,000 - 115,000 a year
