The Job
- 1 year contract
- To support sales for order processing, monitoring, and liaising with operations team.
- To follow up delivery update from respective factories
- Monitor payment and delivery with Distributors / Master Dealers
- Checking of Distributors / Master Dealers on Monthly PSI report to update actual sales.
- Input payment request and non-trade invoice billing
- Updating of monthly reports for sales / order received records
- Perform other administration duties assigned by superior
- Handle shipping documents
- Flexible to take on other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Min Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent and good team player
- Have good knowledge in Microsoft Words, Excel, etc.
- Able to perform OT when required
- Working location: West (Pioneer Crescent)
