Job description: 

As part of the German Immigration team, you would work on German immigration procedures and related activities for the expatriates from various clients. You will receive training from EY in the German technical areas before being assigned to the job. High quality, good technical knowledge, efficiency and good communication skills are the key success factors for this role. The role requires constant interacting with the clients/expatriates in French and English language.  

Specific activities - Staff: 

• Preparation of applications for different types of permits: renewals, extensions, and announcements to authorities 

• Preparation of letters of engagements, assignment, remuneration forms, power of attorneys, justification/motivation. 

• Drafting of letters/emails to authorities for sending documentation. 

• Track of Immigration Procedures in EY tools.   

• Participation in weekly calls with the Seniors and Managers in charge of the accounts. 

• Keep the Senior in charge of the team informed of the progress of their work. 

• Participation in technical trainings. 

Key Requirements 

• Advanced students or graduates in International Relations, tourism and hospitality, Economics careers, Translators. 

• C1 level of German language certification or equivalent proficiency, both written and verbal, is required in order to successfully execute the day-to-day work.  

• Fluency in English language - both written and verbal 

• Any experience of working with Immigration procedures will be an added advantage  

• Prior work experience in a corporate environment is not a requirement but would be an advantage 

• Proficiency in MS Office 

• Full-time position, Location CABA.
