Job Title - Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) + Senior AnalystManagement Level : 10 – Senior AnalystLocation: No location constraintMust have skills: Oracle EPBCS, Oracle EPMGood to have skills: NAExperience: Minimum 8 years of relevant implementation experience is required Educational Qualification: B.Tech/CA/CMA/MBAJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced EPM Consultant with expertise in Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EPBCS solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: -Design, develop, and implement Oracle EPBCS solutions for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.-Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable EPM solutions.-Configure planning applications, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports within EPBCS.-Develop data integration processes using Data Management, Data Exchange, and EPM Automate.-Create calculation scripts, business rules, Smart View reports, and Financial Reporting (FR) reports.-Integrate EPBCS with ERP, General Ledger, and other enterprise systems.-Perform system testing, data validation, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).-Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.-Prepare technical and functional documentation and conduct end-user training.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Oracle EPM solutions within project timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: -4–6 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, including Oracle EPBCS.-Strong experience in end-to-end implementation and support of EPBCS applications.-Hands-on expertise in Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Workforce, Capital, and Financial modules.-Experience with Groovy scripting, Calculation Manager, Smart View, and Data Management.-Knowledge of Oracle EPM Automate, Data Integration, and metadata management.-Strong understanding of Finance, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.-Excellent communication and client management abilities-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.-Strong organizational and time management skills.-Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new Oracle EPM technologies.
