SIMA Business Analyst - Sepang | Airbus Job

Job Description:

The Business Analyst acts as the technical liaison for the department, responsible for identifying operational bottlenecks and delivering scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance productivity, reduce manual workload, and improve decision-making. This role focuses on bridging disparate enterprise platforms, automating workflows, and transforming complex datasets into actionable business intelligence. By developing localized, agile digital tools, this role accelerates internal processes and supports data-driven decision-making across the team.

• Data Analytics & Visualization: Conduct in-depth data analytics to identify operational trends, measure regional performance, and uncover process inefficiencies. Design, develop, and maintain dynamic data visualizations and interactive BI dashboards.

• Process Automation & System Integration: Design and deploy automated workflows and data pipelines using scripting languages (e.g., Google Apps Script / JavaScript, Python) to seamlessly connect disparate enterprise systems, CRMs, and databases

• Custom Architecture & System Continuity: Maintain and scale existing custom workflows and CRM data pipelines to ensure zero downtime.

• Business Analysis: Partner with stakeholders to map requirements and define technical scopes for new digital tools.

• Ad-hoc Support: Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by the Company.
